Born and raised in Seattle, Washington and having spent over 13 years working on the Eastside, Matt has gained an in-depth knowledge of the various communities of the greater Seattle and Eastside areas. Matt understands that searching for, finding, submitting an offer on and actually buying a home are much more than just steps in a real estate transaction that result in property ownership. These events are all cornerstones upon which many memories will be built. Matt goes on to say, “it is my personal responsibility to continually find ways to help my clients place these cornerstones with a minimum amount of anxiety or work on their part”. Matt knows all too well that buying real estate can be a stressful time for buyers if the process does not go smoothly which is why Matt is committed to doing everything he can to “avoid any bumps along the way”.
