A Realtor since 2005, Nancie is also a certified EcoBroker and green building/restoration specialist. Having raised her family and remaining deeply involved in this community, Nancie is very familiar with Seattle, its neighborhoods, schools, restaurants and of course, home values! “I believe in real estate: the most stable investment we can make to achieve independence and our investment goals. A Passion for Community

This talent applies to more than her realty practice: for decades, Nancie has devoted time, talent and resources to schools, charities and politics. She co-founded Queen Anne Neighbors for Responsible Growth, the Queen Anne Farmer’s Market, and the Good Neighbor Gardening Project. And she helped her neighbors launch the Queen Anne Movie Guild, specializing in showing films on sustainability and environmental issues.
