Prior to getting my real estate license, I had been both buyer and seller myself, since 1992, so I know that when someone is confident in the care they receive, attaining their goal becomes a smoother process. As a Broker with Coldwell Banker Danforth & Associates, it is my ongoing goal to instill that confidence in my clients and provide the utmost in individual attention.

My expertise is in single-family dwellings—both condos and houses— working with buyers and sellers. I welcome working with investors as well. My personal holdings currently include investment and vacation properties, providing additional insights necessary to complete these transactions. Being active as a shareholder in a land cooperative in Kitsap County provides me with the opportunity to help clients in that area also.

Coming from a family of architects and builders, and with my background in the arts, administration and management, I strive to bring a professional yet personal touch to all of my business relationships. Third generation to Seattle (born and raised in the Ravenna neighborhood), I hold a BFA and MFA from the University of Washington. My passions in addition to real estate are in the arts, architecture, landscaping and the Pacific Northwest.
