Tony is a native Seattleite with extensive knowledge of the area that allows him to assess property values and neighborhoods throughout King and Snohomish Counties. Tony began as a Realtor in Hawaii where he sold Waikiki time-share properties. As Sales Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Resorts, Hawaii, he opened two luxury resorts from pre-construction through opening. He then founded Underfeet, Inc. a successful commercial contract floor-covering and interiors company, managing projects throughout Western Washington. Tony is a certified short sale negotiator with experience buying and re-positioning distressed properties. His diverse background in sales, negotiation and construction has helped his clients to make intelligent decisions in all of their real estate ventures.
