I have over 20 years of experience and I have been recognized by Seattle Magazine as an agent of distinction, "Best in Customer Service." I am one of fewer than 300 agents in Washington who are Certified Negotiation Experts. In today's market where 30% of transactions fail to close, I am proud of the fact that in 20 years, I have only had two sales that did not close as planned. I have won several awards throughout my career. I also have several designations that are helpful to my buyers and sellers. I am a certified negotiation expert, real estate instructor, certified relocation specialist, associate broker, accredited buyers representative, and an e-pro. I serve on the Government Affairs Committee for the Realtors Association. I have a graduate degree from Seattle University and a B.A from the University of Wisconsin. I am a long time volunteer for the the Phinney Neighborhood Association! I have a strong interest in the arts, education and economics. Skiing is fun, wine-tasting, cooking and driving kids are other favorite past times. I believe that we all benefit from vounteering. In addition to committee work, I have done simple tasks such as laundry for senior citizens needing help. I am a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame and recently joined Coldwell Banker. The North Seattle and West Seattle locations work well for my clients. I like to say I am selling Seattle "one house at a time," and take great pride in providing a high livel of customer service.
